This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
the OPDX Bulletin, 425 DX News, The Daily DX, DXNL, Contest Corral
from QST and the ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks

MONTENEGRO, 4O.  Alex, US0KW is QRV as 4O/US0KW until September 4.
Activity is on the HF bands using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

BARBADOS, 8P.  Mike, G4BLH is QRV as 8P9MC until September 1.
Activity is on 20 and 10 meters using SSB and possibly some CW.  QSL
to home call.

RWANDA, 9X.  Gordon, K7TRB is QRV as 9X0VA until October 2014.  QSL
to home call.

BOTSWANA, A2.  Gerard, ZS6AYU will be QRV as A25GF from September 1
to 3.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters, and possibly 6 meters
depending on conditions, using CW.  QSL to home call.

NIUE, E6.  Maurice, ZL2MF will be QRV as E6MF from September 2 to 9.
Activity will be on 40, 20, 15, 10 and 6 meters using SSB.  This
includes an entry in the upcoming All Asia SSB DX contest.  QSL to
home call.

SPAIN, EA.  Operators Nardo, EC1DD, Alberto, EA1IQM and Miguel,
EA1BP are QRV as EG1EI for a first time activation from Estela de
Fora Island, IOTA EU-080, until August 31.  Activity is on the HF
bands using mainly SSB with two stations.  QSL via EC1DD.

FRANCE, F.  Special event stations TM14JEM, TM50JEM and TM61JEM are
QRV until September 7 during the 7th World Equestrian Games being
held in Lower Normandy.  QSL via operators' instructions.

NEW CALEDONIA, FK.  Cezar, VE3LYC and Bob, KD1CT will be QRV as TX4A
from Matthew Island, IOTA OC-218, from September 4 to 7.  Activity
will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW and SSB with one station manned
around the clock.  QSL via VE3LYC.

POLAND, SP.  Special event stations PA70POLISH and PA70PARA will be
QRV from September 1 to 28 to commemorate the Polish First
Independent Parachute Brigade for the September, 1944 Operation
Market Garden.  Activity will be on the HF bands using SSB.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

GREECE, SV.  Marian, YO2MBU is QRV as SV8/YO2MBU from the National
Marine Park Zakynthos until September 1.  Activity is on the HF
bands using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

PALAU, T8.  Taka, JH1UVV and Hara, JH1MLO are QRV as T88UN and
T88HR, respectively, from the West Plaza by the Sea Rental Shack on
Koror Island, IOTA OC-009, until August 31.  Activity is on the HF
bands.  QSL to home calls.  In addition, Tony, KQ2I is QRV as T88AT
from the Palau Pacific Resort Hotel on Arakabesan Island, IOTA
OC-009, until September 3.  Activity is on 40 and 30 meters using
CW.  QSL to home call.

UKRAINE, UR.  Club station UR4LWY is QRV as EM50LWY until year's end
to celebrate its 50th anniversary.  Activity is on the HF bands
using CW, SSB, RTTY and PSK.  QSL via UR4LWY.

MACAO, XX9.  Andy, IK7YTT will be QRV as XX9TYT from September 4 to
8.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using SSB.  This includes an
entry in the upcoming All Asia SSB DX contest.  QSL via IZ8CCW.

VENEZUELA, YV.  Members from Grupo DX Caracas are QRV as YW5D from
Isla la Tortuga, IOTA SA-044, until August 31.  Activity is on 160
to 2 meters using CW, SSB and RTTY.  QSL via DM4TI.

ALBANIA, ZA.  Yuris, YL2GM is QRV as ZA/YL7A.  His length of stay is
unknown.  This includes an entry in the SCC RTTY contest.  QSL to
home call.

OPERATIONS APPROVED FOR DXCC CREDIT.  The following operations are
approved for DXCC credit:  Timor-Leste, 4W/HB9FLX, 4W/N1YC, 4W/PE7T;
Bhutan, A52JR.  If you have had cards for these operations rejected
in a recent application, please send an email to the ARRL DXCC Desk
at dxccadmin@arrl.org and you will be placed on the list for an
update.

SPECIAL EVENT STATIONS.  W1AW Centennial Stations W1AW/1 in Maine
and W1AW/7 in Arizona are QRV until 2359z on September 2.  In
addition, W1AW Centennial Stations W1AW/4 in Tennessee and W1AW/7 in
Oregon will be QRV starting at 0000z on September 3.  They will be
active until 2359z on September 9.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The QRP CW Fox Hunt, NCCC RTTY Sprint,
NCCC Sprint CW Ladder, Colorado QSO Party, SCC RTTY Championship, YO
DX HF Contest and the SARL HF CW Contest are all on tap for this
upcoming weekend.  The MI QRP Labor Day CW Sprint is scheduled for
September 1.  The ARS Spartan CW Sprint is scheduled for September
2.  The CWops Mini-CWT CW Test is scheduled for September 3.  Please

WA7BNM contest web sites for details.
